Abhyasa classes integrate asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, pratyahara, dharana, chanting, guided meditation, and yoga nidra to cultivate a steady, devoted practice. Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, the course explores the eight limbs of yoga in depth.

Meet Instructor

Radhika Khemka

Radhika is a Level 2 AYUSH Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a 400-hour certification as a Yoga and Wellness Teacher from MDNIY, recognized for her proficiency in principles focusing on holistic health and the therapeutic applications of yoga. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, further solidifying her expertise in yogic teaching.
