She is a Level 2 AYUSH Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a 400-hour certification as a Yoga and Wellness Teacher from MDNIY, recognized for her proficiency in principles focusing on holistic health and the therapeutic applications of yoga. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, further solidifying her expertise in yogic teaching.
She holds a Diploma in Nutritional Science and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga and Life Sciences from SVYASA, with aspirations to complete a Ph.D. in Yoga. She is driven by a passion for advancing the scientific understanding and application of yoga to enhance well-being.
