“Every child holds within them a wondrous potential; our role is to guide and encourage this inner light to shine forth.”
Give your child the gift of wellness, joy, and self-discovery this holiday season with our Yoga and Mindfulness Winter Camp for Kids. Over five days, children will dive into the magical world of yoga, mindfulness, and Christmas cheer, building skills for a healthy body and calm mind in a fun, interactive environment.
This unique camp is designed to introduce children to the practice of yoga and meditation through playful asana routines, gentle breathwork, and engaging activities focused on mindfulness.
