Chaitra Navaratri Sadhana

Align with Shakti. Clear Inner Obstacles. Restore Inner Balance.

A Sacred Nine-Day Yogic Offering
Bharat Yogavidya Kendra (BYK) presents a focused Chaitra Navaratri Sadhana, created as a space for renewal and inner alignment during this auspicious transition of seasons. Chaitra Navaratri marks a time when nature turns inward to regenerate. This sadhana invites the Sadhaka to do the same. Rooted in the classical Nath tradition, the sadhana weaves together devotion, awareness, and well-being. It is not designed as a ritualistic observance, but as a living yogic process that integrates chant, contemplation, and practice into daily life.

What We Practice During the Sadhana
This nine-day journey offers a steady and supportive framework to explore Shakti as an inner force of clarity and balance.

We take time to:

Invoke Through Chanting
Learn and chant the Argala Stotram from the Devi Mahatmyam, invoking the grace of the Divine Mother to remove inner obstacles and support inner strength.

Understand Through Reflection
Receive a foundational introduction to Tantra Shastra, approached as a practical science of awareness and alignment, rather than ritual or symbolism.

Stabilise Through Practice
Engage in Panchabhoota Meditation, Pranayama, and selected Mudras that support grounding, vitality, and steadiness during sadhana.

Be Held by Sangha
Participate in shared reflection, bhajans, and sangha space, allowing the collective rhythm to support individual practice.

“The aim of chanting is not to chant, but to bring about silence. One need not mistake the technique to be the goal. If the goal is felt, stop all chanting and subside into it. In quietness, enjoy to the best of your capacity.”
Sri M
