Who are Eligible
Our Online Yoga Programme is open to anyone aged 18–70, offering streams for:
- Beginners: Those starting their Yoga journey and building a solid foundation.
- Intermediate: Practitioners with some experience seeking to strengthen and refine their practice.
- Advanced: Experienced practitioners ready to deepen their exploration of advanced postures, subtle breathwork, and meditation.
A reasonable level of physical fitness is required to participate.
While we strive for inclusivity, individuals who are pregnant, have significant injuries, or specific medical conditions are requested to consult their doctor and share clearance before joining.
