The course presents the teachings in a simple, traditional manner, helping participants learn to chant it, understand the context, key ideas, and practical relevance of the verses. Through guided chanting, reading, explanation, and reflection, learners are introduced to core concepts such as dharma, karma yoga, bhakti, and self-inquiry.
No prior knowledge is required—only an openness to listen, reflect, and gradually integrate the Gita’s teachings into everyday life

“The aim of chanting is not to chant, but to bring about silence. One need not mistake the technique to be the goal. If the goal is felt, stop all chanting and subside into it. In quietness, enjoy to the best of your capacity.”
