Sthula Vyayama involves intensive, full-body movements for physical strength. These are more rigorous, intense physical exercises designed to strengthen the muscular and skeletal systems, acting as a “gross” workout.

Suksham vyayama is the most ancient component of yoga, which is known to most yoga schools of the world. This was developed, designed and propagated originally by his His Holiness Maharishi Karthikeyaji Maharaj of the Himalaya. He had great kindness and compassion for
