30 days validity

The Vibhuti Pada, the third chapter, explores deeper stages of practice where concentration, meditation, and absorption function as one continuous process. It introduces samyama, a refined state of focused awareness, through which perception becomes subtler. As attention deepens, certain capacities (siddhis) may arise, though they are not the goal of Yoga.

The chapter emphasises the need to remain steady and not get distracted by intermediate experiences.

Upon completing this series, students will:

Samyama

  • See how concentration, meditation, and absorption come together.
  • Understand refinement of attention.

Deepen Concentration

  • Develop steadiness in focus.
  • Sustain attention without strain.

Recognize Subtle Awareness

  • Understand shifts from gross to subtle perception.
  • Refine observation.

Understand Siddhis in Context

  • Recognise them as by-products of practice.
  • Avoid distraction from the goal.
