The Sadhana Journey

Gayatri Stotram from the Devi Bhagavata Purana
Begin the Sadhana with traditional chanting and learning of the Gayatri Stotram from the Devi Bhagavata Purana, allowing mantra, breath and attention to come together. The chanting becomes a means of invoking clarity, discernment, inner illumination and grants purification, spiritual attainment and liberation to those who recite it at twilight.

Chakradharana
A guided practice of awareness and concentration through the chakras. Rather than merely visualising the chakras, the practice encourages us to observe the relationship between breath, sensation, attention and emotional experience.

Pranayama
Traditional pranayama practices to regulate the breath, steady the mind and cultivate inner balance. The emphasis will be on developing awareness of how the breath influences our physical and emotional states.

Yogic Insights on Emotions
Each day will explore a different aspect of emotional life through the lens of Yoga—understanding reactions, attachment, aversion, fear, anger, restlessness and emotional patterns, while developing greater space between experience and response.

Who Should Attend

What You Will Take Away

Through these nine days, participants will be encouraged to:

  • Develop a consistent personal sadhana and connect with the Divine Mother
  • Experience the transformative power of mantra and breath through the Gayatri Stotram
  • Deepen awareness of the chakras and subtle dimensions of practice
  • Use yogic tools to cultivate steadiness, clarity and manage emotions
  • Develop greater inner resilience, balance and self-awareness

A transformative journey from Reaction to Awareness

Yoga does not ask us to suppress our emotions or become detached from life. It invites us to see clearly. When awareness becomes steady, the space between a stimulus and our response begins to grow. In that space lies the possibility of choice, discernment and transformation.

This Navaratri, step into that space.

  • Nine days. One sacred journey.

  • From emotion to awareness.

  • From turbulence to balance.

  • From seeking strength outside to discovering Shakti within.

Let the outer celebration of Navaratri become an inner journey of awakening.
