The journey from outer noise to inner silence
What happens when we learn to observe what is happening within, without immediately reacting to it?
Our attention is constantly drawn outward through the senses, thoughts and everyday activity. In Yoga, Pratyāhāra offers a way to gently turn this attention inward.
This two-hour experiential workshop introduces Pratyāhāra and its role in cultivating inner quiet. Through sensory awareness, observation and guided practice, participants will explore the relationship between body, breath and mind before being introduced to Antar Mouna, the practice of inner silence.
The session includes a 25-minute guided Antar Mouna practice, allowing participants to experience the process rather than understand it only as a concept.
