Morning Session
6 AM to 8 AM IST | Online via Zoom
Facilitated by Vijayendra Venkatesh and Vanitha Narayan
Begin the day with 21 rounds of Surya Namaskar, honouring the traditional practice that builds strength, stamina, focus, and vitality.
This will be followed by a carefully curated pranayama practice to regulate the breath and balance the nervous system, culminating in a deeply restorative guided Yoga Nidra for profound relaxation and rejuvenation.


Evening Session
6 PM to 8 PM IST | Online via Zoom
Facilitated by Shubha Chetan and Chitra Ganesh
The evening session will explore the subtle tools of yoga beyond physical postures.
- Through experiential practices, participants will learn how yoga works on two essential dimensions of well-being.
- Regulation of Energy (Praṇa) – using breath, awareness, and subtle yogic techniques to cultivate balance, vitality & manage emotions.
- Refinement of Consciousness (Citta) – through concentration, meditation, mantra, and self-awareness practices that foster clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
This Special workshop series offers an opportunity to experience yoga as a complete system for holistic wellness, integrating body, breath, energy, mind, and consciousness.
