Discover how simple props like the wall and chair can become powerful tools in your yoga practice. This workshop introduces thoughtfully designed sequences that use external support to cultivate alignment, strength, balance, and inner awareness.
Ideal for beginners, seniors, people who need support with their asana practice. These sequences help you stay connected to the essence of yoga – sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) – without strain.
In this workshop, you will explore:
Wall-supported asanas for posture correction and confidence
Chair-based sequences for strength, mobility, and joint care
Safe ways to deepen awareness of breath and movement
Holding postures with stability to develop focus and endurance
How wall and chair practice support the body and mind for sadhana
This practice is gentle yet effective, grounding yet uplifting—perfect for those who wish to move mindfully and sustainably.
Come experience how support can become a doorway to inner strength.
