Yoga Sadhana

Rooted in Tradition. Designed for Holistic Transformation.

A Living Tradition of Inner Transformation

Welcome to Yoga Sadhana, a practice rooted in the ancient Nath lineage and guided by the teachings of Sri M.
At Bharat Yogavidya Kendra, we believe Yoga is more than just physical exercise – it is a discipline to refine your prana (life force), stabilize your mind, and awaken deeper awareness.

Our courses move beyond mere performance or complexity. Instead, we focus on simplicity, breath, and stillness to help you build a grounded, self-reliant practice.

Whether you are starting your journey or deepening it, our holistic approach ensures you grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

“Asanas and pranayama help to bring changes in you so that not only you are physically healthy, but also your mind becomes calm.” ~Sri M
