Yoga Sadhana
Pranayama and Meditation
The Yoga Sadhana classes on Prāṇāyāma and Meditation are meant for practitioners keen on developing inner calm and deepening their sadhana. The classes will help refine the breath, balance prāṇa, and harmonize the nervous system, creating a calm and steady inner state. Meditation builds on this foundation—guiding the mind from activity to stillness, from stillness to awareness. Simple practices from Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita will be part of the classes. Meditation postures, Hum Sau meditation, Om meditation and Chakra Dharana will be part of these classes.

“Meditation is how to decondition your mind so you see things as they are. If you see things as they are, you see only one and that is the Truth.”
