Week 1
Build the Basics

  • What Yoga really means, its aims & common myths
  • Simple guidelines for safe, mindful practice
  • Joint-mobilising warm-ups & foundational standing/posture flows
  • Breath-awareness exercises that anchor mind to body

Week 2
Integrate & Elevate

  • Surya Namaskara fundamentals and easy floor sequences
  • Sectional & deep breathing, relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and mantra recitation
  • Practical insights into asana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation benefits for everyday life

Certification & Next Steps

Successfully completing the course (≥80 % live attendance) awards you the Yoga Volunteer Certificate – an AYUSH recognised credential that qualifies you to assist group classes and paves the way toward the Intermediate “Protocol Instructor” track.
