Sharad Navaratri Sadhana

The nine nights of Sharad Navaratri are considered a powerful time for spiritual practice, reflection, and inner transformation. Representing the triumph of the Divine Feminine over darkness, this period symbolises the journey each practitioner must undertake confronting and overcoming inner obstacles through steady discipline and self-inquiry.

In honour of this sacred time, BYK will once again offer a dedicated 9-day Online Navaratri Sadhana to support sincere practitioners in deepening their engagement. As the season shifts toward autumn, this practice offers an opportunity to reset, realign, and prepare for the winter.

We welcome you to participate in this meaningful offering. A time to turn inward, honour tradition, and strengthen your inner foundation through practice.
