This 2 hour workshop will help participants appreciate why regular movement is essential for both physical and mental health. Participants will understand movement from both a yogic and modern scientific perspective and learn simple movement practices that can be incorporated into daily life. They will develop a sustainable "movement lifestyle" beyond the yoga mat and be able to lead happier and healthier lives.
